These Terms govern your use of the Alqasr website and the purchase of any door, mirror or made to measure commission from ALQASR.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Alqasr. A confirmation email marks the point at which a contract is formed. Made-to-order and made to measure pieces are confirmed only once dimensions, wood and finish have been agreed in writing.

2. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties, taxes and white-glove delivery fees unless stated otherwise. Made to Measure quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Intellectual Property

All patterns, photography and text on this site are the property of Alqasr and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Alqasr is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
